Disappointing for a triple. A bit bland. Crisp, however, with flavors of grapes? Sour fruits? Reminds me of almost a highly carbonated dry, white wine.

20 Mar 2006 - Sweet tart hop aroma. Cloudy yellow head drops away quickly with no lacing. Big hop spirit with sweet malt flavour. Tangy bitter hop finish and sweet aftertaste.

Pours cloudy yellow with big white froathy head. Apples and yeasty fragrance. A nice and dry triple with a hint of corriander. Fully carbonated. A lingering granny smith apple sourness. A bit sour for a triple.

Brown and Caramel coloured lable. again a headgusher. First 2 pours into chalice were clear golden. Last pour clouded up a bit. Loverly peach-white head. Nose is thick yeast and light fruits. A small bite of alchohol. Taste is bready yeast with lots of floral fruits. Like peach like taste with a dry afterbite. Alchohol is below medium. Some softer hops. Not too shabby.

Bottle Pours a Clear golden with a large frothy white head. Head seems to last very well and produces some fine lacing. Has a good sweet aroma with hints of fruit and coffee. Has a light bnody and an oily texture. Has a very solid palate. Lively carbination and a good duration. Has a smooth mouthfeel. This is a fairly good beer.

Hazy gold with "Starry Night" yeast swirls. Large, fizzy, white head settles rather quickly. A bit of a relief after the gaseous dubbel. Aroma of doughy yeast, light fruit, grainy malt and a certain sweetness. Same flavors with a dry, bitter, yeasty, hop heavy finish. Full body has too much carbonation. A little sparkling or tingly character would have accented the flavor nicely, but what it has is too much. Overall, a decent tripel.

Hop malt aroma. Murky yellow colour with good head and lacing. Malt hop flavour with citrus and flowers. Smooth palate.
