Hazy, golden-wheat colored with a large but diminishing, fizzy white head. Spice and malt aroma with just a bit too much alcohol. Full flavored with the aromas dictacting the inferred tastes of spicy, sour malts.

Habersham Beverage Warehouse, Savanah, Ga. - 350 ml bottle. Pours a murky, light golden with a fluffy, thick, pillowy white head. Grassy, sweet aroma with hints of spice. Flavor has a lemony tilt to it with brief hints of coriander and maple syrup - odd combnation. Pick up hints of cotton candy and candied sugar in the finish. The combination results in a sort of nut-like mixture which is pleasant, but not taste tempting. Decently thick mouthfeel. Overall an average Tripel.

Form the 33 cl bottle. Pours a very pale and clear gold. Huge white head and incredibly lacy. Smell is spicy and lightly fruity. Taste is also lightly fruity and peppery. Somewhat dry. Not very assertive in any partucular flavor. Dry in the mouth and a bit light on the palate. I was expecting a bit more flavor from a tripel. It not bad, does not offend . Doesn’t impress much either. Not boring but not one to recommend either.

Honey color with medium white head--not as foamy as the double. Sweet banana nose. Tasted of honey banana. Finished sort of sour with hops aftertaste. I think this beer would couple quite well with banana cream pie. And that brings me one step closer to compiling my top 100 list of the best beer/pie combonations.

Stubbie Belgian bottle. Pours a pale gold clouded ale with a whacking great white cap that lasts...good lace on the glass. Sparkling carbonation. Aroma like a peach/pear cider but less astringent in the nose. Spritzy temperment and palate, malts hide under the up front pear cider yeast/hop taste...very simple monolithic taste profile..with a yeasty wet finish. Very drinkable if this is any representation of the style... but personally, If I wanted to get a peach flavored drink to get gooned on I’d order double peach daqs and attain the same result.
