Form the 33 cl bottle. Pours a very pale and clear gold. Huge white head and incredibly lacy. Smell is spicy and lightly fruity. Taste is also lightly fruity and peppery. Somewhat dry. Not very assertive in any partucular flavor. Dry in the mouth and a bit light on the palate. I was expecting a bit more flavor from a tripel. It not bad, does not offend . Doesn’t impress much either. Not boring but not one to recommend either.

Honey color with medium white head--not as foamy as the double. Sweet banana nose. Tasted of honey banana. Finished sort of sour with hops aftertaste. I think this beer would couple quite well with banana cream pie. And that brings me one step closer to compiling my top 100 list of the best beer/pie combonations.

Stubbie Belgian bottle. Pours a pale gold clouded ale with a whacking great white cap that lasts...good lace on the glass. Sparkling carbonation. Aroma like a peach/pear cider but less astringent in the nose. Spritzy temperment and palate, malts hide under the up front pear cider yeast/hop taste...very simple monolithic taste profile..with a yeasty wet finish. Very drinkable if this is any representation of the style... but personally, If I wanted to get a peach flavored drink to get gooned on I’d order double peach daqs and attain the same result.

Pours with a generous, frothy head over a hazy, pale yellow body. Faint aromas of pear, apple, lemon and yeast barely come through. Appropriate fizzy mouthfeel, but a bit watery. Flavors of spice, banana, apple and peach are a bit restrained but clean and enjoyable. Overall a "just OK" triple...a bit of a lightweight in that category.

Long arrière goût. Palette: Corps moyen avec une texture huileuse. Forte effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût d’agrumes. J’ai été agréablement surpris par cette bière. (Rating #134)

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy pale yellow body with a medium-sized white head. Aroma of humid morning in corn field and some straw. Flavor of yeast and alcohol.

Pours yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is unremarkable. The only thing I gather is a sourness. Taste is slightly of apples, but there’s that sourness in the aftertaste. Not a beer I will seek out again.

Slightly reddish hazy golden, large frothy head, high carb. Spicy, winey fruits, wheaty tartness, candyish and peppery with pear and flowers. Flavour is a little toffeish rich, spicy apricot and apples, spicy sour dryness.
