Bottle conditioned.
Golden shining and soft feeling in the mouth - perfectly balanced taste - full body and heart warming, a splendid aroma, tickling in the nose - hoppy dry long finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Spicy yeasty aroma with some fruity sweetness. The flavor has spicy yeast, fruity phenolic notes, and a hint of peachy fruitiness. Solid.

I didn’t dig this one too much. Nose is what I’d expect from a tripel, bright, sweet, yeasty, then it’s down hill from there. Body doesn’t have much palate, and it’s wayyy too carbonated. Stuff has more bubbles than champagne. I guess the finish is hoppy, but why? Doesn’t feel like a tripel, and doesn’t taste good.

pours golden with a slight hue with a frothy white head. medium yeast flavors, honey, wheat, medium maltied, some vinous sauternes notes, semi-sweet. nothing at all spectacular, or complex but a good brew.

Reviewed from notes. Appearance is a nice golden color with a white head and not too much lacing. Nose brings forward spice, grain, pear, and a bit of alcohol. The taste is spice, pepper, and alcohol along with some mildly-fruity grain. Light to medium feel with good carbonation. Not enough oomph as far as I’m concerned, but still pretty tasty. From the 330 ml. bottle marked 17IH-13:10. There is an excellent, albeit highly foamy pour that comes up pale yellow-orange and a bit cloudy. There is a nice yeasty and malty aroma on the nose and the alcohol is also vaguely noted. The body is medium. The taste has a sharp and bitter bite to it but the overall experience is smooth. I thought it was a nice ale.

Bottle from Asao. Clear deep gold to light amber with tall, foamy head. Herb and mineral aroma, fruits, a bit tropical but dry, alcohol. Strong, dry flavor, fruity and a bit spicy and herbal. Rather hot and peppery. Decent, but boozy.

Pours slightly cloudy light gold with sudsy white foam. Smells of pear, honey. Tastes of alcohol, coriander, light wheat, lightly hops bitter, pilsner-esk.
