Pours a nice head. Wheat/straw color. Drier finish for a trippel then I typically like.

Pours a straw yellow with white head. Smells of spice and yeast. Lots of bubbles -- excellent mouthfeel. Tastes doesn’t live up to the smell, with not as much spice and strength.

this is one crazy assed beer. A more experienced tongue than mine may really love it. There is something of honey in it, reminescent of other Belgians made by La Binchoise, i believe. There is an exceptional taste in there, but, for me, it is a bit ’run over’ by the strength of the alcohol itself. I can’t decide whether the alcohol flavour is on purpose or not. I have certainly drank higher octaned beers before; many with less of a boozy smack.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 HomesickAlien (20) - Michigan, USA - JAN 7, 2006
One of the worst triples I’ve had. Light gold with thin white head, fizzy. Aromas of apple and alcohol. There’s hints of some interesting flavors in there, but I couldn’t get past the sugar. Far too sweet, and not in a good way.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 phantomtwister (19) - BELGIUM - MAR 1, 2008
A very good triple. I drunk the 75cl bottle. For triple, thats very important.
The 33 and 75 are different beers.
Sweet and fruity in the beginning, rather bitter at the end.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Felsenbrau (19) - Middletown, Ohio, USA - SEP 9, 2008
Pours a hazy gold with one finger of persistent beige head and good lacing. Fruity aroma, taste of fruit (plum, orange) and alcohol. Nice flavor, good palate. Would buy again.

330ml bottle from Belgian beer gift pack. I found the aroma a bit sour, but it had a nice fuity/spicy flavour.

Citrus dominates the tongue to start, then a dryness reminds one of champagne, foamy head lingers long after the first sip, truly golden color, nice play between malt and hops, I couldn’t believe the alcohol content after the taste, but it does feel warm in the belly
