First 2 pours into chalice were clear golden. Last pour clouded up a bit. Loverly peach-white head. Nose is thick yeast and light fruits. A small bite of alchohol. Taste is bready yeast with lots of floral fruits. Like peach like taste with a dry afterbite. Alchohol is below medium. Some softer hops. Not too shabby. asheft (1589), Marburg, Germany

Clots of yeast (I decided to pour in the yeast). Lemonade aroma with a touch of horseblanket and sweet candy mixed with straight up malt aroma--excellent. Notes of celery. Flavour: Considerable amount of alcohol and higher alcohols along with a candy oxidized character. Nice fruity accents: pineapple, peach, grape. Very low bittering and a bit woody. High carbonation, light body, sweet finish. AmEricanbrew (2021), Almost, Texas, USA

The flavor has some of these qualities but seems way too bitter and sour for me with an almost peppery clove sensation happening. The alcohol is not well hidden so this could be why. It started with a big head and eventually settled to a lacing. I do appreciate the dry aftertaste and detect some luscious fruits there-it makes me want to sip this quickly. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, lots of yeast, some apple, pineapple and sweet oranges. Lively and fresh mouthfeel. Flavour is round, quite dry, oranges peep through again. Lightly yeasty. Perhaps a bit too lively.
