UPDATED: OCT 16, 2012 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body, with a low white head that diminishes, leaving a good lace. Nice, aromatic, fruity and herbal aroma, a little faint though. Light bitter taste, with a medium to heavy bitter aftertaste, expected more bitterness in taste. Heavy carbonated, watery texture, thin bodied. It’s a decent beer, but I expected more, to be honest, after tasting their brown ale, which was better in all aspects, in my opinion.

Summer Pajan is a real American inspired pale ale with good and solid aroma of citrus. In the taste you meet fine gentle caramel notes which slowly passes to a good hoppy flavor of grass, pine, citrus and some other fruits as best I can suggest as passion and apricot. Very beautiful and lovely pale ale where the hops are in focus from the start while giving a lovely summer beer in the shade in the very hot summer hours in the day. It should not be enjoyed for cooled.

Bottle, 4.5%. Weak grapefruit and mango aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Big stable frothy off-white head. The flavour starts off a little watery but has a good, clean bitterness and some bitter grapefruit peel. Clean and refreshing.

[5/3/15] Bottle at the AirBnB apartment in Copenhagen. Thanks Borup. Clear golden. Aroma of graininess and dusty hops. Sweetish grainy flavor with bitterish dusty hops. Medium-bodied.

500ml bottle, trade Skinnyviking. Partially gushing bottle. Foamy white head, spotty lacing. Grey-orange coloured body. Grassy hops on the nose with a backdrop of bitter lemon. Fruit driven flavours, hints of peach and orange. Bittersweet short tail. Easy to drink. Nice session qualities (hotel room, Copenhagen 28.11.2014).
