Bottle 500ml.

[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, flowers, dusty hops, flowery hops, citrus peel bitter, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Shared bottle @Papsoe’s. A dense white top, on a clear dark golden body. Weak aroma, A whiff of light fruity hops, a vague hint of toasted malts. Taste is hop forward. Unclean and mouth-puckering bitterness. Not much hop flavor. Restrained, sweetish grainy malt body. Light in body. Harsh bitter endnotes. Unbalanced, without the crispness. [14.07.12]

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2012 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body, with a low white head that diminishes, leaving a good lace. Nice, aromatic, fruity and herbal aroma, a little faint though. Light bitter taste, with a medium to heavy bitter aftertaste, expected more bitterness in taste. Heavy carbonated, watery texture, thin bodied. It’s a decent beer, but I expected more, to be honest, after tasting their brown ale, which was better in all aspects, in my opinion.

Bottle. High and fluffy lasting white head. Hazy orange body with a lot of bubbles. Dusty malty apple pear peach aroma. Highly carbonated grapefruit like nutty dry flavor with a nice hops bitterness. Long bitter finish. Quite tasty.

Fresh flöska. Clear deep golden colour. Medium white ehad. Pleasant soft aroma of fruity citrus hops and malt. Good mouthfeel. Fruity hops in the flavour along with citrus, toastish malt and bit herbal notes. Pleasant bitterness indeed.

Taste at Papsoe’s. Very light color, bit sweet, bit of spice, champagne like but pretty decent.

Bottle.Clear copper colour with white head.Aroma is bitter spicey and fruity with hint of citrus and tosted malt and hops,good crispy and fresh woth dry bitter finish.

From Nexø, Bornholm, DK. Bottled, 030712. Amber with white head. Aroma of fruit and citrus. Flavour with malt and spices.

(sample at Papsø’s) Pours a clear golden with little, white head and some lace. Aroma is whithered grass hoppy. Oily texture, medium carbonation with light body and a sweet finish. Taste is mostly sweet with a flat bitterness towards the end. Not that impressive unfortunately.
