COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Skånsomt pressede æbler fra de danske øer. Vores cider gæres på tanke i 6 - 12 mdr. Der kan forekomme bundfald. Cider har altid en svag duft af gær. Det er sådan man genkender cider lavet af mange æbler. Vand tilsættes for at sænke alkoholprocenten. Bør nyedes kold. Ingredienser (275 ml): 66.7% æblevin, vand, sukker, hyldeblomst koncentrat. Tilsat kulsyre. Varmebehandlet. Bornholms mosteri er en socialansvarlig og socialøkonomisk virksomhed der har et socialt, sundheds- og økologisk formål.

clear pale yellow, almost no head. sour apple, very faint elderflower aroma. nice. flavor is sweet sugary apple, faint elderflower which grows stronger towards the end. imo way too sweet, otherwise okay.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, elderflower notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100709]

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is swett with notes of apples, leading to a dry finish. HUGE thanks to YESPR for bringing it to DENMARK and sharing it with an almost FRENCH...

27.5 cL clear bottle. Pours cloudy to hazy yellow, slight paler than the apple cider. Aroma is mild floral and slight herbal elderflower mixed with a slight yeasty and sulphorish notes. Sweet and herbal initial elderflower - slight dry herbal, yeasty and sulphorish to a minor phenolic note. Dry finish.
