Hazy straw. Smells yeasty and doughy with strange fruitiness. Light doughy character. Fresh pale malts. A mellow brew.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 EithCubes (3337) - GERMANY - MAY 24, 2012
Tap at the pub, hazy golden with a soapy white head. Lightly grassy and probably too bitter for a Helles, has a grainy vein running right through it and really has an amateurish homemade quality to it. Crisp, fullish body, and drinkable.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 jerohen (1793) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - MAY 21, 2012
On draft at the brewpub. Hazy golden colored, thick white head. Hoppy nose, bit flowery, hay, malts. Pleasant bitter flavor, thirst quenching. Not very complex, but very easy to drink (no wonder they serve it in half liter mugs). Extra points for drinkability, an underrated quality on Ratebeer imho.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw, as well as lighter notes of yeast and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of yeast and sulphur, leading to a bitter finish where the notes of straw and sulphur lingers.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 heavy (1490) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 17, 2010
05/03 Draught at the brewpub. It had hazy pale golden body with small head. Quite fine aroma, unpasteurized sourish hops, slightly grainy. Very weak flavor, some fine chalky and bready malts and yeast, but nothing too much indeed. Thin body gives short finish, where some sourish lemony hops are showing up again. Pretty boring watery brewpub beer.
