5th December 2012 Pigs Ear. This was marked as ’Elderflower Wheat’ on the cask. Hazy gold beer, small off white head. Light dry palate. Tangy dried fruit hops, orange dominates. Whisper of sulphur. The elderflower is pretty mild and really only noticeable at the end. Finishes semi dry. An Elderflower Wheat could work well but this isn’t it. Disappointing!
