Cask (gravity) @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

Clear medium yellow amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, barnyard - farmyard, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, funky, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. IMO nothing to do with a mild, it is a bit funky .. [20121204]

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours rich gold with a clear, light foam head. Funky berry aroma. Light sweet flavor, some sturdy funk, light apple, must. Light bodied with fine, soft carbonation. Kind of funky and bretty, which is odd.
