Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear deep golden. Ripe tangerine aroma. Sweet and fruity with near full body. Overly fruity with fermented tangerines.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, very fruity and floral sweet notes with mild nectar and some slight toffee. Flavour is sweet fruity and floral hops along with some sweet malts. Balanced and quite nice Citra beer.
