Orange color with some light head. After a quick taste of the body, a really strong, dry bitterness vanishes the mouth. The hoppy aroma includes some herbal, grassy bitterness. Full body, with over avarage carbonation. Heavy stuff, but very refreshing.

0.33l bottle from trade with Misow. Thanks Michal! This is really deep and dark for a IPA. Quite on the cloudy side, deep brown orange in color it has a really good looking big off white head, almost fluffy and it’s lasting forever. Well hoppy and fruity nose, I get good tones of both green pine cones and a peachy fruity sweetness. Quite elegant, and even if I’m not sure how old the bottle is it smells quite fresh. The bottle says 100 IBU, and I can see that when tasting it. Lots of fresh piney hops. It has a good thick oily mouthfeel with a just below average prickling carbonation level. Quite bitter and perhaps a bit one dimensional, but definitely tasty! Some citrus hints in the zesty finish and the aftertaste lingers on in to the night. Quite a tasty bitter little thing this! 25.08.2013

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours cloudy brown with small beige head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and dried fruit. Bitter and mildly toasty flavour of hops with notes of dried fruit and malt. Bitter finish. An honest atempt at something real but the result leaves a lot to be desired.

Bottle, 6%. Caramelly malt aroma. Cloudy muddy amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly smokey and quite bitter. Has a herbal hoppiness. Well, it IS quite bitter, and not so pleasant, but it is clean enough. Apart from the smoke, which is probably unintended, but tastes all right.

330 ml bottle @ PBF 2013.
Pours a cloudy amber copper colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of vegetables, gooseberries, grass and herbs. Flavour of harsh but strong bitter hops, grapefruit, grainy malts, pungent wood and some berries with very little sweetness. Light bodied, high carbonation and a long, lingering, harsh and grainy finish. Bitterness is extremely high, but other than that a slightly unbalanced beer.
