COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A 2012-es miskolci sörversenyre készítettük, megcélozva vele egy a Tuck Baráthoz méltó fekete ALE változatot. A sörverseny egyik gyémántdiplomás söre lett a barnasör kategóriában. Nyolc fajta maláta keverékével van cefrézve. Különleges ízvilágát a speciális komlózásnak köszönheti. A színe mély fekete, EBC 52-es. Semmilyen tartósító eljáráson nem esik át, ezért kipalackozás után az üvegben tovább érik. 14C°-on fogyasztandó

On tap at Csak a Jó Sör - Only Good Beer in Budapest. Pours a black body with an inch thick, dense and creamy, dark brown head that dissipates slowly and leaves a veil of lacing. Gorgeous beer. Aroma is roasty with lots of dark chocolates and a slight earthy hopping. Touches of vanilla, a slightly milky sweetness, and a few dark fruit notes. Flavor is similar. Plenty of dark chocolates and roasts with a slight licorice and vanilla note. Touches of milk chocolate, dark fruits, and vanilla before this finishes dry and roasty with a light earthy bitterness and a solid dark chocolate to balance. Lengthy aftertaste following a creamy, medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a damn good stout and a pleasant surprise from a Hungarian brewery. Roasty, dark chocolatey, and balanced with a very nice, easy drinking body. Great beer.

Bottle, 6.5%. Roasted aroma, some salty liquorice. Almost black colour, seems clear with a red shine. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted with a little smoke and perhaps ashtray. A little salty. There is a faint unpleasant note, sour or burnt malt, but not too bad. Creamy finish.
