UPDATED: MAR 2, 2012 Főzdefeszt, Budapest. Vörösesbarna színe van és igen zavarosnak tűnik belül. Habja vékony és könnyen illanó. Illata aszalt gyümölcsös, enyhén karamellás és van benne egy kis vajsav szag. Ízében is ott vannak az aszalt gyümölcsök, élesztő, sok maláta és egy vajas, erjedős mellékíz. Nem túl testes és szénsavas. Utóíze gyümölcsös, keserédes és kissé murcis. Érdekes próbálkozás, de szerintem az az adag amit én kóstoltam, egy kicsit "beindult". Kíváncsi lennék egy egészséges adagra is... 2012. 02. 24. Csapolva a Zappában. Igen, ez az! Eltűnt belőle a zavaró savanykás, murcis, mellék íz és szépen előjöttek a gyümölcsös, kellemes aromák, amik szépen egyensúlyban tartják a keserű komlót és a finom malátát. Finom lett, gratulálok!

.33l from Budapest. Coppery brown with thin pretty head. Huge bubblegum and funky forest smell. musty. Sweet chocolate, salty caramel, off-funky hopping. Bit too residually sweet and unbalanced sticky at the finish, after a nice sharp first sip.

Bottled 330ml. -from Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Dark amber (almost brown) coloured, small creamy tan head, dark fruits and caramel in the nose. Slight toasted malt, caramel and dark fruits with mild hint of vanilla near the end. Discreet toffee/coffee notes in the finish, alcohol well hidden. Good brew.

33cl bottle. It has ’nice’ acidic odor and taste beside much of hop and sweet malt. Silky gulp and a little bit Co2 for an ale but it is OK. I don’t know it’s price.

Hazy amber pour. Slim to no head. No lacing. Pretty still looking beverage. Musty, earthy aroma with a slight acetic edge to it. Taste confirms the aromas. There is a nutty flavor to it as well. Well off the style, but drinkable. There is just too much to not like though. Flat being the biggest thing.

On tap at Csakajósör. Poured amber with a tan head. Malty aroma, hints of herbs, caramel, hops, raisins. Medium bodied and carbonated, alcohol well hidden. Not perfect yet, but a good start.

Az első kontakt vagyis a külső szerintem eddig a legjobb a magyar kézműves sör(eink)ök között. Ezt még erősíti a gyönyörű rubin szín és a sűrű krémes hab! Ránézésre is ALE és belga. hehh Illata is ígéretes, édes, gyömölcsös erjedt. Íze először brutál édességgel jön amit szintén tekintélyes szénsav követ. Azt gondoltam testesebb lesz de meglepően könnyű a műfajhoz viszonyítva. A vége ragadós, cukros. A tartós komlós keserédesség színpatikus. Találni benne kis hamus felhangot. Az arányokkal kell operálni és nagyon jó lesz.

On tap at Zappa Caffe, Budapest (Főzdefeszt Party, 2012.02.25.). Clear reddish amber color with medium creamy pillowy off-white head. Fruity (grape) and hoppy (grass) odor. Very nice aroma, fresh and dried fruits, herbs and spices, some resin. A belgian malty aroma also appears, but the hoppy aroma is more powerful. Medium bitter taste with creamy oily texture and lively carbonation. Fruity, hoppy, a bit malty finish. Interesting beer, it’s said to be a Belgian style dubbel, but for me it’s rather like an ESB with delicious refreshing hops and Belgian malt. But as a "hop-lover" I love it... It’s a very good and mature beer.
