Bottle. Light amber colour, mostly malty taste with caramel and nuts. A quite pleasing one from Borsodi, very refreshing on hot summer days.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Clear amber color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of malt, caramel and a bit of toastiness. Sweetish flavor, a bit caramelly, with a drier finish with a tiny bit of metal. Quite light-bodied. Drinkable.

Kita (112) - Koper, SLOVENIA - AUG 2, 2011
Canned from Tihany, Hungary. Pours clear with nice amber colour, medium solid foam and sweet aroma. Malty, very light hoppy, traces of caramel, but overall disappointingly watery taste. Carbonation is low, aftertaste is short-lasting with mild alcoholic finish.

japi (85) - Kisvárda, HUNGARY - JUN 22, 2011
<Draught> It has a rather big, dense head and amber colour. The aroma is malty and sweet. It has bread like notes in the aftertaste. I think it is better than the Borsodi Sör.

Koelschtrinker (7038) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 21, 2011
Relativ wässrig und chemisch kommt dieses Bier daher, es hat keinen wirklich ausgeprägten Geschmack. Der Nachgeschmack gestaltet sich ebenfalls recht wässrig, aber auch metallern. Das geht besser! Test vom 29.6.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,8,5,10,6 - 6,80

canned; courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - deep and clear golden-bronze colour and with a solid long lasting white foam; notes of wet corn and urin; low carbonation and medium-bodied, quite oily palate, no bitterness and slightly sweet; corny finish with vague aromatic hoppy tones
