COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BO’s “Seminole Hills Red” version of this Vienna-style lager, is designed to be flavorful and refreshing with a full amber color. The rich flavor from the imported German Munich and caramel malts and German lager yeast are balanced with German Tettnang, Hallertau and Spalt hops to make it a fine match with foods like grilled steaks, burgers, pizzas, or sausages. BO’s Seminole Hills Red has a calculated ABV of about 5.25%.

On tap at the brewpub on 4/27/06: Pours a golden bronze with a thin ring of head. Aroma is lightly toasted and grainy. Starts semi-sweet and toasty with some Munich malt and subtle hoppy balance. An ok brew, but pretty bland.

Draft @ Bo’s: Clear copper color. Malty aroma with caramel, apricot and light nut. The flavor pretty much matches with caramel malt and nuts. Light body. CO2 bite. They serve their beers with a little too much carbonation.

Tap: only a slighly reddish hue more golden in color. Very little aroma and only a little malt in the flavor.

On tap: Weak aroma. Just a touch of light caramel malt. Real light amber with almost no head. Light malt sweetness in the beginning si followed by that house sour finish flavor. Really not all that different from the blond except a slightly sweeter beginning.
