COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Chestnut brown, offwhite foam. Light herbal roasted malt nose. Fruity base flavor, top fermented? roasted malt, herbal notes (juniper, rosemary), dry clayish notes. Sparkly, medium full body, dry mouthfeel. Caramel and honey retronasal. Very interesting aromatics which set it apart from the standard Dunkel.

Bottle. Brown colored, clear with a small frothy tan head. Toasty in the nose with earthy notes. Taste is balanced between light sweet and light bitter. However, taste and flavor are lacking. The body is light and the carbonation is low.

* Old rating, 0,5l, crown-top bottle, 04.2003. Lecker!
