Lager was the first type of beer, the long was durable and is thus also enough to be stored could and therefore to the export with long ways was suitable. Therefore also the name Lager. It is world-wide the usually-brewed beer places. Particularly in the USA and in Australia lagerbier is not to be excluded any longer. The private brewery Bosch in-brewed here already 1997 very early this beer speciality as one of the first breweries. Since then it becomes also in Germany ever more popularly.

BOSCH Lager is in-brewed particularly carefully with Spezialmalzen and a fine hop gift. By the classical long and cold storage this speciality matures to its unusual taste near. Contrary to many foreign lagerbieren we do without addition of additives and brew ours

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and metal. The flavor is sweet with malt, metal, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts quite malty-spicy, a bit unbalanced and moldy. FInish milder, still quite spicy. Too spicy for a lager I think.

Bottle by 10.12. Sweet malty nose with faint citrus and grass. Clear dark orange body with a rocky beige head. Fizzy medium body, semi-dry with a nice bready finish. Floral/grainy notes are closer to corn than I care for, if that makes any sense, but the overall impression is still of cleanliness and tumbling layers of malt.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Very light-bodied, shy malt and shy hop flavours. Rather bland, unfortunately.

A very nice beer, quite malty, with sharp tongue (fizzling feeling) , seems very natural like unpasturised beers, aroma is very natural and also malty, could be more rounder and full but is fine

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100902]

Bottle, 4.9%. Sweetish dusty aroma, like the German ’Gold’ style. Clear goldencolour. Small white head. Mild hoppiness in the flavour, dusty with a hint of soap. Not as bad as it sounds, and definitely better than the aroma suggests.

Very weak aroma: honey(?) with a sprinkling of hops. Clear orangish gold. The white foam very quickly went away to form almost nothing on top. Light malt and noble hops flavour. Well balanced and not nearly as watery as a North American light beer. Very light generic Pils. But it’s not that light at 4.9%, I guess. Light body, medium carbonation, almost clean finish-some residual bitterness that has a sort of metallic ring to it.
