The beer in the glass is strong golden yellow with a flat head. It smells very malty, grainy, slightly hoppy. Starts with a lot of hops, subtly sweet in the background, coupled with a wonderful malt body. The middle part is still very grainy and malty, slightly bready. with some lovely floral hops. Goes into a sweet and bready-grainy finish with moderate hops. Very successful lager!

Bottle from Pivnizub, with my thanks! Golden color, some flowery hops and a touch of malt in the aroma. Medium bodied, slightly malty, but especially hoppy flavor. Fresh, even with a touch of citrus. Well above average.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100902]

Bottle by 10.12. Sweet malty nose with faint citrus and grass. Clear dark orange body with a rocky beige head. Fizzy medium body, semi-dry with a nice bready finish. Floral/grainy notes are closer to corn than I care for, if that makes any sense, but the overall impression is still of cleanliness and tumbling layers of malt.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, big foamy/fluffy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is rather crisp bready and biscuity notes with some herbs as well. Flavour is strange floral notes with some sweetness kicking in as well. Also quite herbal and some "sweet" grassyness. Rather strange Lager, but I quite like it.

A very nice beer, quite malty, with sharp tongue (fizzling feeling) , seems very natural like unpasturised beers, aroma is very natural and also malty, could be more rounder and full but is fine

Mild getreidiger Beginn, frisch, leichte grasige Bitterkeit. Das Bier bleibt mild, wird aber nie wässrig, die Getreidigkeit ist konstant. Sehr milder Ausklang, der danna ber nochmal eine feine Herbe aufkommen lässt. Nett. 9/8/10/9/10/9

330 ml bottle. L2. BB 10/12. From bierzwerg.de.
Golden colour with small white head. Caramel malt and mild hops in aroma. Balanced. Some mint (?) in aroma too. Flavour is also balanced. Grassy hops, mild caramel sweetness and some herbal mint notes again. Tasty and a bit unusual German Lager.
