COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

EithCubes (3337) - GERMANY - MAY 7, 2012
Bottle by 10/12, quite fresh. Grassy, citric nose. Brilliant, clear golden body with a noisy but lasting white head. Taste with good, bready bitterness, a little rough with just a hint at metallic/acidic, simple plodding malt but a nice enveloping hoppiness (including lots of hop oils, surprising for distinctly German hops). Clean medium, feels heavy and with a relatively soft if steady carbonation. Some really nice grassy notes from the noble hops.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, also with some lemon notes. Well balanced finish, spicy again. Really nice!

Bottle. Dark golden, attractive fine pearling bubbles, rocky white head. Light dusty malt aroma, grassy hops. Crisp entry, subtle balance of malt and hops, good chewiness, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Light leafy aftertaste. Pleasant and somewhat better than the sum of its parts.
