COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aroma hops: Hallertauer Perle
Note: Formerly Bosch Weizen Hefe-Hell.

Into the glass pours a very cloudy, golden beer with a flat, durable creamy head. It smells very yeasty, fruity and creamy, with lots of banana. Starts yeasty tart, very fruity, with lots of banana and a little peach in the background. The middle part is completely dominated by banana, coupled with a yeasty creaminess and a subtle sour-yeasty note. Goes into a very banana-like and yeasty, fruity finish!

Bananiger Abgang. 11/11/12/11/11/11

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured hazy golden with a frothy, dirty white head. Aroma is a bit stale, wheat and yeast, light fruity. Flavor has ripe banana, wheat and yeast, light spicy. At least not very sweet, but overall not very convincing.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine fruity like lemon, modest yeasty. Finish a bit unbalanced, but still okay. Quite drinkable. Okay!

Bottle by 20.10.12. Huge yeasty nose with strong wheat. Cloudy yellowed-orange with a huge rocky white head. Lightly tangy, crisp and smooth, very light sweetness. Citrus fruit around the corners, lemon meringue and light vanilla pudding, pleasant wheat and even a hint of hops at the back. Creamy medium body. A bit underrated here, methinks.
