Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, light butter. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, rubber - banana. Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of diacethyl and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and diacethyl, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet banana cake. Some wheat. Medium bodied. A bit sweet and cloying.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Banana, citrus and clove in the fairly strong aroma. Citrus, skimmed milk, clove and banana in the flavor. Refreshing. Very nice.

Deutlich bananiger Beginn mit passend leichter Herbe. Die Hefigkeit wird dunkler, das Bier insgesamt malziger. Die Herbe bleibt mild, nimmt aber im Mittelteil einen größeren Stellenwert ein. Es bleibt süffig, auf Dauer aber aber nicht übermäßig spannend. Bananiger Abgang. 11/11/12/11/11/11
