SmellGood (299), Memphis, Tennessee, USA Jul 22, 2008 Minimal aroma but liked pretty good for a wheat beer. Was expecting more cloudiness but maybe I don’t fully understand the beauty or the make up of these summer wonders.
illinismitty (1476), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jul 13, 2007 Draft at Nashville. Pours a very pale straw gold with a white head. Faint spicy hop aroma and not much malt detected. Body is light with average carbonation. The malt base is very mild, as the spicy hops dominate this beer. Crisp and clean finish. Very solid light and refreshing american wheat. However, I am not a fan of this style. I would prefer to have a tad more malt and residual sweetness. decaturstevo (1335), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jul 10, 2007 On tap at Boscos. Not much nose but nothing unpleasant. A clean golden pour. A bit of the wheat/fruit that I get from most wheats. A dry drinking finish with a hint of sweet and a tad of bitter. The palate was solid for a wheat not over carbonated not really thin. A crisp clean drinker that is refreshing and clean. A seasonal I would recommend that everyone try a full pint of. maltdog (432), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jun 26, 2006 Nashville. Foggy sunshine yellow with snow white foam. Grape and bublegum nose. Weak fruity flavor with disgusting sour dumpster notes. Slightly bitter. Interesting toothsome, sandy palate. Very BMC-ish. Kevin (1779), Colorado, USA Jun 20, 2006 Tap at the brewpub in Nashville
Clouded dark yellow and a white head. Wet oats nose. Taste is a bit bland. A touch of watered down lime with the oatmeal blandness.
