I’m rating this from memory. I didn’t have my notepad with me. But I can say that this brew is ok, but there are others that I would drink before this one. Not bad, but not great, either.

Nashville. Best of the bunch! Grapefruity aftertaste. Rich color and smoooooth.

Clear orange with no head. Mild citrus hops aroma and an earthy bitterness with a crisp grapefruit finish.

Draft at the Cool Springs location. Eggshell color head that faded and a clover honey color body. Citrus, spice, but muted hops on the nose. Flavor had citrus and spicy hops and some caramel sweetness. Decent bitterness.

Sampled at GABF 2011. Yellowish-orange pour. Faint tangerine and grapefruit rind aroma. Decent citrus hop character but too much malt for my tastes. Drinkable and decent.

I had this on tap in Memphis at the brewery. It was clear golden amber color. The hop aroma was not as strong as I would have expected from an IPA. It is very bitter and not balanced for what a IPA should be. Not a big fan.

12/26/10. On tap at the Nashville location. Clear amber pour with a small white head. Light but nice citrus aroma with some citrus and pine. Bitter but malty flavor with a touch of citrus, but its quite one dimensional.

Cask, in Nashville. Nice copper color, a t bit hazy with no head. Floral citric hops dominate the aroma. A pleasant flowery flavor, a bit sweet, grapefruit comes to mind. Not particularly bitter, but it does leave a lasting impression. Smooth creamy feel on this medium bodied beer.

Bosco’s India Pale Ale - On Tap: Great lacing, with grapefruit aroma leading the nose. The finish lacks somewhat. Good IPA, though certainly nothing to brag about.

Another boring beer from these guys. Clear amber pour with minimal ring of white head. Very hoppy with some honey notes. Fair IPA, but nothing special
