COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Even though “steam beer” is generally recognized as a beer style, the term “steam beer” cannot be used to describe toasty, malty and hoppy beers whose origins are in northern Californis in the late 1800’s because of copyrights and trademarks. So we had to come up with another name. Someone suggested “California Common” but that is so, well, common. A great beer to enjoy with dinner, we think this beer belongs on every table.
