3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I’m trying to be better about rating light brews according to style, as opposed to my personal tastes. For a light brew, this was actually pretty good. Typical, light yellow color with a nice head. Light, creamy soft, refreshing flavor. Would be nice for a hot summer day.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
1/2 pint at the Brewpub Little Rock. Very viscous-looking yellow beer, light lacing, little head. First I’ve had of the style, so I don’t know if this is normal, but it doesn’t look very appetizing. It also lacks aroma, I don’t know if it’s normal. Taste is subtle. Most noticeable is bitterness, but even that isn’t very strong. Body is both light and creamy, pleasant. Different!

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a crystal clear, pale golden colored body with a thin, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is very thin with a light corn sweetness as well as some paper and hints of hay. Flavor is a little better, but still pretty thin. Light corn sweetness, hints of hay, and a bit of paper in the finish as this ends clean and mostly dry with a very light bitterness. Short aftertaste following a thin body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, this is inoffensive, but it is certainly thin and boring. Eh...

On tap in Little Rock. Pours with a slightly hazed yellow body that has a white head with decent lacing. Aroma is sweet with honey, cream and malt. Taste is cream, corn, cereal, and sweet. Fizzy bubbles, water like mouthfeel.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Lovely pale golden beer with an aroma of fresh hay and barley flour. Has a lightly sweet, honeyed taste and dry finish. Refreshing.
