Growler from the Memphis location courtesy of a traveling friend. Evidently this beer was created after a batch of their Bombay IPA did not come out as expected. The beer pours a lightly hazed orange-amber color with a medium thick and foamy light beige head. Stringy lacing. The aroma is piney hops with some sweet malt underneath. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character. Notes of pine and sweet toffee as well. The finish is hoppy and lingers awhile. Decent overall.

Growler - Memphis. Brilliantly transparent copper with shallow head. Nose is well balnced with mild caramel and piney hops. The flavor is not as balance and hop bitternes dominates. Surprisingly drinkable while packed with flavor.
