charcot25 (180), Cordova, Tennessee, USA Apr 30, 2008 A lovely amber beer with faint white head. Has an aroma of noble hops and nice bready note. Tastes of light caramel and toast. The best Vienna lager I’ve had.
illinismitty (1313), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jun 3, 2008 Draft at Nashville. Pours a medium copper amber with an off white head. Faint aroma of toasted malts. Flavor of vienna malts, bread, and lemon- but lacking some excitement overall. Perhaps a bit more Noble hops? This is a unique twist on a Vienna and definitely has a Boscos house character. Perhaps the prickly carbonation was preventing me from picking up more nuances. travita (631), Lewisville, Texas, USA May 27, 2008 Copper colored with a smallish head. Smells of hops and malts both light but in good balance. Taste has a nice bitterness for the style. Pretty decent. LilKem (1166), Wellington, Illinois, USA Jul 5, 2007 this was surprisingly one of my favorites fro mthe brewpub’s happy hour. i expected something a bit more mainstream and was pleasantly surprised with this cool interpretation of a vienna. lots of german and vienna malts with some lemon, honey, and grassy, perfumey aromas. kreepindeth (405), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA May 8, 2007 On tap in Memphis. I liked this much better than I thought. Has slight aroma of noble hops. Dark yellow body. Slightly malty body with some grass, crisp finish.
