3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear golden with a grassy leafy ’hop fart’ like aroma with a bit of grass pollen. The flavor is a bit more palatable but a little light overall. Light grassiness, light bitterness, light cracker and toffee malt, light finish with a funny herbal hop aftertaste.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a crystal clear, copper-gold colored body with a thin, frothy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is thin, papery caramels with some florals and touches of citrus. Flavor is similar. Papery florals with some citrus notes and touches of earth. A bit grainy with a thin caramel sweetness before this finishes mostly dry with a thin malt and very light bitterness. Medium length aftertaste following a thin body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a thin, papery pale ale with a few floral notes and a light caramel. Eh...

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap. Light amber with small head. Watery. More malt than hops. Not sure what this is, described as pale ale, but doesn’t have the right flavor.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: Served up a clear, gold-copper body with a slim, near white head.
Smell: Floral with a noted hint of mint along with mild citrus notes atop the basic base of pale maltiness.
Taste: Mild flavor of pale malts, faint toasted grains. Low sweetness akin to a lick of golden syrup. Restrained, soft floral hop tones with touches of citrus and mint leaf. Ample bitterness; enough to balance out the initial sweetness. Drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, albeit just barely. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Effective, if a bit tame, even for a pale ale. Always happy to use my alcoholism for a good cause, though!
