COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Do you know what we were thinking when we brewed this beer? Brewed in the tradition of an English "session" beer, this light bodied beer is fermented with an English yeast and flavored with English hop varieites.The idea is to have a flavorful beer that you can drink several of in one "session" and still be able to read minds. Draft at Nashville. Pours amber with an off white head. Nothing too discernible from the aroma. Light bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of toffee and honey, with nothing too interesting the hop profile- just a balancing bitterness. Acetaldehyde in the finish. I did not really pick up much English traits at all in this beer. Rather disappointing

Sampled at Bosco’s Squared in Memphis. Clear and gold with a hint of copper. Flavors are very light with hops and caramel. Some spice, a bit of yeast, grain. Quite aromatic. An understated beer but a pleasant one and it would make a nice session beer.
