Brewed using a traditional German technique, stones heated in our wood fired ovens are lowered into the beer during the brewing process, giving the beer its unique caramel character.

Draft. Golden color with acidic thin aroma. Taste is acidic and of roasted shipping peanuts. I don’t know what else to say. This wasn’t very exciting.

Pours golden with a wisp of a white head. Aroma of caramel and bready malts. Light bodied without being watery. Flavor of caramel and hard water with balancing hoppiness. Simple but good

Draught in Nashville. Light amber pour with thin white head. Aroma of sweet caramel and malt. Smooth, light finish. Different, can see this as a great session brew.

Interesting beer. Nice subtle flavor in a beer that’s very drinkable. It’s light for my taste, but I tried for the novelty. I give them credit for trying to produce something unique.
