Draft. Dark amber color with thin white head. Aroma is light with notes and hops and sweet malt. Nice lacing. Robust nutty flavor with light bittering and clean finish.

Jul 26, 2008 Amber off white head and lace. Sweet light malt on the nose. Nice bitter with a light brown sugar flavor. Medium bodied but just a tad watery. Very nice beer the bitter was a pleasant surprise. Solid and refreshing.

May 29, 2008 Reddish color, clear, and has a decent head. Smell is toasty, malts, and a little wheat. Taste is the same as the smell. Palate is a little light for me . Missing something.

May 8, 2007 Pours a light brown. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit thin has earthy aroma. Mild caramel flavors on top of some light malt.

Apr 3, 2007 Medium cinnamon brown, thin filmy head. American brown ale aroma. Medium cocoa, medium heavy bittering makes this a brown ale. Saaz hopping perhaps, but not very German tasting. Still, pretty clean drinking though a bit muddled. Medium body.
