COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There sure were a lot of "glaciers" during the Ice Age. Using just one variety of hops with not one, not two, not three, but four additions, this beer has a mild citrus character with just a touch of mintiness. Served cold. Facts: O.G. 1055, I.B.U. 53

A pretty, gold beer with loads of lacing. Lack of malt leaves the mouthfeel a little lacking, but the mint finish is clean and refreshing. Tasty overall.

On tap at Boscos in Memphis. Pours a golden color, clear. Good lacing. Has some hoppy aroma, citrus. The taste is very good and balanced between the malts and hops. Smooth drink.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2012 Location: Draft at Little Rock Brewpub, 3/6/12

Aroma: The aroma has some light citrus hops and pale/crystal malty type notes
Appearance: It pours a slightly cloudy golden-orange color with a small white head and good lacing
Flavor: The taste fairly balanced between the light malty sweetness and the light-medium hop bitterness
Palate: The body of this one is light-medium, with a clean feel and an average carbonation to it
Overall Impression: This was a pretty solid and drinkable pale ale. I don’t know if it was the name or a real affect, but it did have sort of a "cooling" feel to it.

On tap at the Nashville location. Pours a clear orange with a thick white head. Aroma of light citrus hops, grassy hops, pale malts. Flavor of sweet fruits, caramel malt with bitter hops and a tinge of citrus in the finish. Very very drinkable, good pale ale. 7/4/7/4/14 [3.6/5]

Gallon jug, smuggled by a friend :) poured out an attractive orange-gold with a thin white head that lasted the glass and left good lacing throughout. Aroma was citrus and floral. Taste was a nice sweet/sour fruit mix, a lime after-bite was unexpected but pleasant. Palate was as expected from an IPA, light and refreshing. Very enjoyable.

Cold hoppy aroma, flavor has a wonderful iciness to it, almost mint. Really interesting, and not a violent bitting bitterness. This is very drinkable.

12/26/10. On tap at the Nashville location. Clear orange pour with a small white head. Very faint citrus aroma with bready caramel. Light flavors of sour lemon peel and sweet, bready pale malts with a lingering slight hop bitterness. Eh.
