COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American Style brown ale has a more distinct hop character than its English counterparts. The nutty flavor comes from the chocolate and crystal malts used in the recipe.

Draft sample at Boscos Memphis. Poured a clear dark brown color with an average creamy off-white head that was mostly lasting and produced good lacing. Moderate roasted nutty malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium roasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.
