2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewpub in Memphis, TN. Pours a clear yellow color, thin head. Aroma is malty, honey/sweet. Flavor follows. Sweet malty taste doesn't mix well with how thin it is. I can drink it but not one of their best.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with a thin, frothy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is thin honey with a light sweetness, touches of florals, and a hint of rye cracker. Flavor is similar. Thin, lightly sweetened honey with some florals and a hint of crackery rye spice. Slight earthiness towards the end to balance the light honey sweetness before this finishes clean, lightly sweetened, and very lightly spiced. Short aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, not a bad beer, but pretty unexciting. Lightly sweetened with honey and just enough of a balanced spice. Eh...

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Scantly hazed, very light pale yellow-hued body capped by a thin, whitish head.
Smell: Faint, slim, tenuous malts supported by lightly floral, honey notes.
Taste: Mildly bready malts, mild rye, too. Fairly sweet with a pleasant honey flavor. Sweetness is bucked, albeit gently, but the rye and even less so by the hops and bitterness. Sweetish, semi-dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Easy, light, simple, but a fairly pleasing taste.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I hate to rate a Bosco’s beer this low but there was little their to enjoy. Aside from the initial sweetish flavor, it basically fell flat. Maybe my palate is not sophisticated enough to appreciate this ale.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On draft in Memphis. Pale gold with virtually no head. No aroma that I could detect except for a faint bready malt note. Taste is sweet with a subtle spiciness and slight citrusy hop flavor. A very subtle beer that could have benefited from some more hops in my humble opinion.
