Schroppfy (2328) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 29, 2011
Frothy lacing. Clear golden, pretty good conditioning on this beer. Lively in the mouth. Smells crisp, bready, grassy. Tastes moderately bitter and moderately sweet, watery, not a lot of heft. Slight chemical finish but not bad. Very fresh bottle from Dejsk, best before July 9, 2011. Boss Witnica is a fair brewery, not the worst stuff around.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and cardboard, leading to a dry bitter and cardboardy finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.
