(Bottle, thanks sister) Pours dark amber to copper with a small sand-coloured head. The aroma holds caramel/fudge, grain, hay and canned fruits up front. Light grassy, buttery and tiny compost-like undertones. Surprisingly “big” nose considering the low alcohol content. The flavor is light to medium sweet, tiny bitter and tiny acidic. Tones of caramel, fudge, light fruit, hay and grass. The mouthfeel is fairly clean and watery with a near medium carbonation. Light crisp. Abrupt finish with a watery caramel touch. Light bodied. Not too bad.

(Bottle 340 ml) A clear brown-amber colour with a nice head (medium sized bubbles). A little caramel taste and a lot of hops in the end.

Moderate aroma is sweet, but not overly strong. This pale ale has a nice amber color with a clean head that lasts the duration of the drink. Fruity hops give it a nice flavor that was pleasing and left me wanting a second.

Bottle. Light brown with tan stable head. Aroma is nutty and a bit fruity with notes of chocolate. Flavor is very smooth and mouth feel is surprisingly big for a small beer like this - would be even better with less carbonation. Short aftertaste and a little watery finish. Amazing effort for a beer of only 3,5% and probably the best bottled mild ale I have had.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly tart aroma with a whiff of caramel. Light in body, discreet caramel and roasted malts before a short, dry and lightly bitter finish. Has a discreet underlying acidity. 170508
