The name Botta’s came from the really old name for botley - Botta’s Leah,(Botley began as a Saxon village. Its name means Botta’s leah. Botta was a man and leah meant a clearing in a forest).
A distinctive hop aroma. 3 hop, amber coloured bitter.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]
