UPDATED: FEB 7, 2011 Cask @ 3 Judges. Slightly hazy and pale yellow colour, sparkling white head. Aroma is lemon, slightly malty. Flavour is lemon, fairly hoppy, followed by dry biscuit. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry and slightly bitter finish. Refreshing, a bit light.

Rerate: cask @ Bon Accord. Fruity and juicy. Well drinkable. + .3

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2011 Cask @ The Bon Accord. Mild tropical fruit aroma. Hazy golden yellow colour. Cereal, citrus fruit & biscuit flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Good one.

stilage at cloisters ... hazy golden yellow... thin white head ... light fruit hop ... dry big lemon front ... quite nice ... little lemon peel in linger ... little harsh but ok body
