Cask gravity, Nottingham 09. Oh yeah. Almost back to the Silverback; fresh squeezed hop and toasty malt quality. Aroma narcotic, splffy, sweet and Geranium-like; all about The Hop. Yellowy and lacing heavily. Dry, creamy and sweet with a bitterly husky linger, lemony hop, tea, passion fruit. So balanced I could fall over. Hay and sweet fresh grassy notes. Fantastic shit.

Cask, handpump at The Old Oak, Horsley Woodhouse,Derbyshire 29-01-10 Pours lemony gold with a white bubbly head and just a touch of haze that eventually settled out leaving this with a very good clarity. Nice light fruity beer, steady but not too prolonged bitterness, enjoyable but just not as good as the London Lady. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

(Cask at Ship & Mitre, Liverpool, 21 July 2009) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus peel, grapefruit and freshly cut grass. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, fresh grass and fresh hops in the finish. Rather light body but with a generous hop character. Tasty and refreshing.

Very hoppy citrus aroma. Clear golden coloured and very hoppy with some dryness in a bitter lasting finish.
3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Rastacouere (5920) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 21, 2007
Clear pale golden hue covered by a minimal white cover. Strangely hoppy, very bitter and hugely mineral golden ale that finishes floral, dry and sandy on top of the obvious saltiness. Long finish. A bit of extra maltiness could make that a killer, but it’s a bit one-dimensional and thin as it is.
