DrunkAsASkunk (848), Lynnwood, Washington, USA Aug 23, 2006 This beer pours a straw colored yellow with a thick fluffy head and good lacing with active carbonation and visible floaties. The aroma is barnyardy leather with hints of acetone, cloves and cilantro. Mouthfeel is somewhat funky, almost cheese-like, Lemon, bread and leather are the dominant flavors with hay and wheat grass comprising the rest. Those floaties definitely do their job. Somewhat tart and heavily carbonation. Good mouthfeel, betters as it warms, Orange perhaps as well?

Hazy yellow-golden with an incredibly nice, creamy, staying, white head. Sweet aroma, very malty, some banana and light rubbery notes - some coconut as well. Great, creamy mouthfeel, mild carbonation. Flavour is yeasty and malty, some caramel and biscuity malts. Super aftertaste with notes of hay, citrus, grainy and some light oxidized notes. Dry and fulfilling. yespr (7785), Copenhagen O, Denmark Oct 12, 2008 33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours slight cloudy orange with a collapsing white head. Medium dry and slight oxidised aroma.
