Nice Doppelbock beer. Dark color with a nice and peersistent brown foamy. Complex and amazing aroma. Notes of coffe, roasted malt, chocolate and something else that I couldn’t define! Flavor is bitter with notes of roasted malt and coffee. Mouthfeel is bitter and dry. The best one, but is home brewerie! I wanna try some more!!

Português: Bebida com o próprio cervejeiro, Cervej preta com uma espuma marrom bonita e persistente. Aroma muito complexo, notas de café, chocolate e malte torrado, tinha algo mais, porém não consegui identificar. Sabor amargo com notas de malte torrado, café e chocolate. Retrogosto amargo e seco. Excelente!!!! Eu preciso experimentar mais.. Saudações Tricolores..,<P>
