Huge, fluffy, just off-white head, over metallic-yellow beer, big bubbled. Bit oppressive, dry-spicy nose, later relieved by citrus and honey aroma’s. Again outspoken spicy onset, rootspices. Later honey mixes in, ending sharper, bitterish. Nearly fizzy MF, confirmed by the visual carbonation. Very light body, pointing to high degree of attenuation. Difficult to say why, but it’s not my beer.

33cl @ Delirium BB 05-2010. Gusher, once again, keeps the br. Bouillon’s tradition that anything not over four years past the expiration date will gush. The brewery has some serious bottling issues. Dorée sur un profond doré foin, col blanc épais. Arôme fruité, houblonné agrumes/citronné avec ce joli bouquet de noix. En bouche, dors et déjà, cette bière est sauvée par le rajout de noix qui donne une très belle dimension au palais. Le tout se mélange bien à un profile plus centré sur le houblon, les agrumes. Malt est léger, laissant une pointe de caramel/biscuité avec ce très bon côté de noix, le tout sur une carbonnation qui donne un pétillant trop agressif et qui se retrouve dans bcp trop de leurs bières. Dommage car le produit a du potentiel.

Light yellow coloured beer with medium carbonation and a medium white head. Light malty hinted aroma with a light alcoholic yeasty touch. Full sprankling palate. Finish is light bitter sweet and yeasty hinted. Long dry hoppy finish. Not bad.

(bottle, 33cl, gushing) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet grainy and wheaty malty aroma with sour-fruity notes of citrus. Bitter and slightly sour-tart flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and slightly grainy taste with notes of wheat and citrus, accompanied by mild spicy notes; pretty dry and bitter-spicy finish. Not very attractive. 23.I.10

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, lemon notes, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090403]

A bottle tasted at OPP. Pale head. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Slight hints of grapefruit in the taste. Mild nose. Hoppy bitterness.

Hazy blond coloured beer with medium white head. Yeasty hoppy aroma. Full palate. Finish is bitter hoppy ending dry.

Bottled.@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy coloour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with peas and cooked vegetables. Flavour is vegetables, fruits, yeast and earth. as it warms up it gets fruity and yeasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy golden with a white head. Unclean fruitiness in the aroma with some honey also. Medium body, oxidized, notes of overripe fruit, heavily carbonated with a light underlying tartness. 030409

Bottled. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and dusty hops as well as lighter notes of wheat. The body is thin.
