(33cl bottle, BB 08/12) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, yeast, pear, Ivory soap, and flour. Flavor of dirt, tobacco, green leaves, light brett, and alfalfa sprouts.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is oranges, citrusy and crisp hoppy. Light grassy, brett and oranges. Light orval like, a bit of brett. Bitter, fruity and subdues sweetness. Mellow fruity and bitter fiish. Crisp hoppy.

Bouteille 33cl. Couleur paille présentant un léger trouble, col blanc. Nez est houblonné, graine, levure avec ce côté herbe du chanvre et d’agrume. En bouche, palais est légèrement épicé, herbacé avec cette présence de levure belge. L’aspect en bouche est épais avec une fine amertume surtout présente sur la fin. Un peu de malt pale vient rajouter un petit plus, mais où la levure tend à dominer l’expérience.

bottle from the brewery, white overflowing yeasty looks. Herbal smell, fruity taste; But not that spectacular. Nice hops in the aftertaste! The best from that brewery that far.

Bottle at Brussels farmer’s market. Hazy yellow body with white top head. Citrus and banana nose. Taste is quite hoppy, with tangy and citrus notes. Not sure I can taste the temp. Dry, grainy finish. Pretty good.

Bouteille de 33 cl du Marché de Nathalie à Bouillon (B). Bière orange pâle voilée, mousse envahissante puis nuageuse. Parfum malté, sucré, chanvre et touches florales. Attaque acidulée, carbonique et herbacée, bordée de caramel. Corps moyen et notes citronnées, chanvre, fleur et amertume de quinquina.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, flowers, herbs, hemp, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091021]

9th September 2008. Made with Orval yeast, hemp grains and herbs. Cloudy yellow beer. Low carbonation. No trace of sweet anything but also not bitter. Odd taste - tangy herbs. Very dry finish. Unusual but just plain hard work!
