Bottle thanx to Jerre. A clear light brown colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of caramel malt with fruits. The taste of sweet caramel malts, a little bitter and some fruits and bready. It’s a little watery. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Bouteille 33cl. Ambrée, col blanc. Arôme est faiblard, levure, sorte de purée de fruits. En bouche, garde ce profile dans la lignée de cette brasserie, et donc typique belge, sans plus. Léger fruité, malt caramel et pale, avec pointe aigreur de fruits noirs. Sur la fin, note douce de sucre brun avec en retrait un houblon modéré.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter (malt btter) with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. It is more like a german keller bier. (250508)

Bottle 33 cl. (Bought in a souvenir store @ Spa) This is the Amber version from 6 %. (exist also in Noir = 8 %) Clear amber color, with medium off-white head. Aroma malts, bit caramel, spices. Medium body. Taste sweet, good malts, caramel, and nice bitterness. Like it !
