Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with spicy notes of chemicals. The flavor is acidic with notes of chemicals and vegetables. Not good.

Bouteille de 33 cl achetée au Marché de Nathalie à Bouillon (B). Bière blonde-pêche où de petites particules descendent lentement, petite mousse blanche et pétillement moyen. Nez malté, fruité, touche de miel, de cidre. Le goût est doux-amer, édulcoré de miel, le corps est cependant moyen, avec une pointe d’acidité et de levure. Finale bercée d’amertume et de fruité.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a short frothy white Yeasty, moderately sweet and slightly bready malty aroma with notes of vegetables and a medicinal phenolic touch. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and malt-accented taste with a restrained fruit-character and rather unpleasant and a bit raw spicy notes; yeasty-bitter and slightly sweet finish. 23.I.10

Cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Hints of brett and spices in the aroma. Flavour was fairly dry with spices, brett and yeasty notes.

(33cl bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, alcohol, dough, and candi sugar. Flavor of yeast, grass, cardboard, and spices.

Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour malt, vinegar, honey, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic - vinegar with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Bottle, 6%. Weak citric aroma, slightly chemical, but also lambiky. Clear shiny yellow colour. The flavour is very citric, strange fruitiness. Thin mouthfeel. Seems infected, but is not too bad.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours almost clear golden yellow with very small yeast floaties and a diminished white head. Fruity and mild yeasty aroma. Yeasty phenolic and dry flavoured with a distinct dry fruity accent. Phenolic finish with a vague malt base.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear pale golden with a small white head. Strange aroma of yeast and glue and...apples! Medium body with tart apple notes, phenols and solvents. Very mysterious and not particularly pleasant. 291108
