Bouillon La Mousse du Roos

Bottled. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Light orangey nose. Medium sweet with a touch of ash. Fairly light bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Mild and quite refreshing.

(Bottled) Murky amber with a medium, lasting head (burst out of bottle, though). Fruity, lightly peppery-spicy aroma. Slightly acidic flavor with some maltiness and spices. Slightly better and more fruity with yeast. Medium-bodied, slightly foamy-carbonated palate. A quite plain and forgettable brew, but ok.

Orange color, huge frothy head, hazy. Grapefruit, hops and a hint of blackcurrant in the aroma. Thin and sharp, prickly mouthfeel. Earthy hoppy flavor with a hint of grapefruit. Partly hopped by Cascade hops, I suppose. Thin, but good quality.
