May 29, 2008 Bottled. Hazy redbrown color. Vinous aroma, quite fruity, bit roasted malt, hint of cherry. Quite malty and fruity taste, slight sharp palate. Bit metallic indeed, hint of yoghurt even.

May 22, 2008 Red, brown colored brew. Roasted aroma. Flavor is a bit malty, roasted, not that nice.

May 14, 2008 Brown colour, tan head. Aroma is of sour figs, with some malts. Flavour has some faint malts too. Alcohol present. Not good.

May 14, 2008 Bottled. Aroma has some roast, a hint of cherry, some licorice perhaps. Clear, dark coloured with an off-white head. Taste is thin, sweet, alcoholic and metallic. Not good, very much a homebrew.
